Taichi is such an inspiration for maintaining good health for my body and mind. I always feel an energy upsurge when I practice Taichi. My balance in body has improved a lot, in terms of strength of my legs and posture of working and during walking. And the practice has made a tremendous difference in managing my work space with more structure, yet with a flow. I could also sense considerable change in steadiness and decisiveness at work. I am so grateful to my masters, Gowri Ma’am and Rangaraj Sir for their sincere, authentic and pure focus in my progress.
