I have been learning Taichi from Dr. Rangaraj for the past 5 months. I started learning Taichi to reduce my stress levels which caused me to be short tempered with my family and I am happy to say that the last five months have made a positive difference in my life. Taichi is an art and a science and needs to be learnt with patience.

I really enjoy and practice it whenever I can – be it morning, noon or evening, thanks to my teacher who has been excellent in explaining each and every step very patiently to me. I have also taken classes with Mrs. Gowri who explains Taichi in very simple layman terms and makes it easy to follow. I hope and plan to make sure that Taichi is a part of my life always, thanks to my excellent teachers.
