I am very happy to have begun my journey with the art of Tai Chi with Dr. Rangaraj. He is an exceptional instructor with keen interest in teaching Tai Chi and the medical benefits of this practice. Learning Tai Chi from the past two years has been the best decision in years for me.
The weekly sessions held in a lovely outdoor setting makes it very pleasant and a time to look forward to. They give me a sense of having done something worthwhile for my mental and physical health.
